Someone did mention liquid oxygen, a club hammer & a dustpan + brush might do the trick  :o

One of my aunties used to work as an A&E nurse in a major city hospital in Scotland.

Some of the stories she told about people attending with various objects stuck in certain places would make your eyes water.

Of course it was always an accident as to how it got to be there.

The mail this morning have printed transcripts and evidence given at the inquest. It almost borders on that whomever was in charge of this incident should be charged with professional misconduct in a public office.

Fire crews arrive within 5 minutes of the call an no more than 10 minutes after the chap entered the waist deep water. It took them a further 30 minutes before they entered the water to retrieve him.
