Well considering my username I had to start a thread on the subject.

I'm going along to the 'No Strings' session in Uxbridge tomorrow evening anyone else on here plan to go.

Badminton is just about the only sporting activity I ever actually enjoyed! Used to play it at the youth club at Hayes Town Chapel.

Yes it's very easy to get into, and improvement in skills is very quick.

I love badminton. Played it alot when I was at dormers wells high school. Also played it alot at the local leisure center when I lived in Cornwall. Me and my best mate used to play there every sunday, was great fun.
Unfortunately I haven't played since I moved to Milton Keynes 5yrs ago as i've got no one to play it with.
