Lovely to discover and enjoy. I was a member later than this. Some of these girls were soloists and my idols. :)

Hello everyone , I've just seen the reply from Jon so I just came across the Youtube recording when i was reading up about something else. Such a long time ago and a lot of water under the bridge.
It's lovely to look back on here and see there have been some ongoing activity.
Best Wishes from
Marian

How lovely to just look in and see some chat which I have missed so just to say hello and wish you all the best.

Percy (bedwyn). I'm sorry not to have been in touch but have gone through quite a lot of depression trying to adjust to a new life without Colin. x

Marian.

Yes I think I can well understand, caring for Mary while she fought dementia for seventeen years, adjustment is not easy as I have experience, still I try to be thankful and make the most of what I've got. Theirs always others who are worst off, and their are times
I try and remember this when it hurts. Take care Percyx

Percy,

It was wonderful that you cared for your wife fo 17 years and with a difficult illness that must have been so emotionally draining for you. I looked after Colin for a much shorter time, but even now, I am not over the emotional exhaustion I feel. I hope you are able to relax and feel that your care of your wife was unselfish and loving. You could have done no more than you did.
Try to have some peaceful, relaxing times in the knowledge that Mary is at peace.
With love and good wishes
From Marian x
