You will need to sign up to OWL by the looks of it:

Quote:
Following the successful take up of the RING doorbell/camera offer coupled with the significant numbers of residents signing up to "OWL" across the Borough, some of whom have CCTV as well, the time is now right to invite residents to sign up to Hillingdon CCTV Watch which we set up some months ago.
The idea of CCTV Watch is that when an incident occurs Police Officers can look at the database to see the nearest addresses to the incident/event under investigation that have CCTV.
This should save officers time and resources, especially in the case of larger incidents, such as a Homicide, or Terrorist Incident where speed may be of the essence.
A couple of important points:
• At all times the individual resident that has CCTV is the data holder and has absolute discretion as to who they share the footage with.
• Only Police Officers and Hillingdon Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators at Borough level will be able to see who has joined the CCTV Watch.
By agreeing to have your details added to the CCTV Watch for such a search, and your consent to working with us and the Metropolitan Police in solving crime in your area, this will then comply with current Data Protection Rules
So, if you are happy to join the community fight again crime and have any type of CCTV that might help, including video doorbells etc, please send an e -mail to the following address:
hillingdoncctv@gmail.com
Could I ask you please to include your name and address as registered on OWL including your postcode, plus the electoral WARD that you live on if at all possible as this saves me search time whilst indexing.
Finally – a reminder that the law changed on 25th May 2018 such that residents’ CCTV that looks into public areas such as the pavement and roadway do NOT need to register with the Information Commissioner or pay a fee.
So lift those camera up please and let’s work together to defeat the criminals in Hillingdon!
