3 Days before the Games Open the Torch will move through the Streets of the Borough.

Tuesday 24th July 2012

Whilst some (with good reason) do not agree with the money spent to bring the games to London this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the torch/flame go past.

Its a Tuesday Jim, perhaps they still think the FC does a boot fair and market.

I thought North Hyde Road and Dawley Road are both in Hayes ? Cant see how that is giving it a wide berth to be honest. If anything its the north of the borough thats being avoided, not that I can really tell looking at the totally useless official London 2012 website.

The Dawley Road / North Hyde Road are purely skimming the edge of Hayes in order to get to Hillingdon / Uxbridge ;)

Is it still 'in Hayes' though. Peeps if they want to go and see it will not have too far to travel.

Some places are not getting it at all or it is passing through at silly o'clock as most days it starts it's new journey around 6.00am.
