If we state, even in private, such as when we were able to mix with other people, that there are only two genders, then you can easily find yourself charged with a HATE CRIME. A professional baker refuses to dress a cake with a message celebrating the union of two persons of the same gender, and a charge of HATE CRIME has been known to rapidly follow. It really is that easy to attract a charge of committing a HATE CRIME - it doesn't have to be over a protracted period of time either, such as many weeks, months, or even years to qualify for attracting a charge of HATE CRIME - UNLESS you are the Government - then for some very strange reason a protracted HATE CRIME suddenly morphs into becoming "for our own good". We are being subjected to constant psychobiological torture from our own government, strangely, there are no charges of HATE CRIME against those who clearly HATE all of us.
