Current £60 fines, which are dished out to motorists caught driving, using their mobile phones, speeding, and not wearing a seatbelt, could rise to between £80 and £100. Now we know why the roads are so badly designed, motorists are deliberately subjected to visual overload from execessive signage and and yo-yo speed limits - to increase the chances of us breaking the law. |

They should have been on the M4 yesterday when an idiot in a Jag was doing 45mph in the centre lane on his mobile. |
