Not only with Labour. The same is true for the LibDems and the non-conserving Conservative Party.

I didn't realise EMI paid Southall Tech for one day week of schooling, now I know why they were upset when they found out I spent most of the day in the billiard hall across the street.

well i have paid in for 44 years so far
but the way things are , i dont expect anything back
but i do agree , i worked as a trainee , and apprentice for 5 years , and had to pay my college fees , and like others . only got the money back if i passed my exams every term
i dont know how it works out now , but in 1967 i was earning £5 a week
but things have changed , what were luxuries , no longer are
a fridge , washing machine , tv mobile phones , internet , are all normal now
along with higher fuel bills
life is more expensive now , like it or not
life has changed , an unmarried mother used to be looked after by her parents etc , not given a home
I did not dare go into a pub until i was 18
now it looks like 14 is the norm .
Is it better now ?? i think on the whole yes
and after listening to the sound of the 60's on tv the other night , it is better now , it realy was rubish music

I see the Government has rustled up some extra tax income on fuel by engineering a 'don't panic' panic......

Will come in handy for them as we come up to the end of the financial year!!
