The page heading looks like an April fool joke; or is it testing the water for a future change?

Maybe not so, I saw the email and the first impression I got was the site had been hacked. Maybe it was the 'Under New Management' bit on the header.

If so it is likely the mail servers on the hosting will be taking a real pounding (hackers doe this to spam mail from independent sources via the web scripts available), they will as a measure of protection take the site down. If it does disappear then we will have our answer!!

Edit to add: The language is hindi. It translates (not very well as) West London in a new month, the morning chat. Com. We
